Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, and free Wi-Fi made my stay enjoyable and allowed me to rest well after a day of exploring nearby restaurants and attractions.
Parking was challenging during peak times.

The location was excellent and very convenient to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the large heated indoor pool and found the breakfast, especially the cooked-to-order omelets, to be delicious. However, the room could have been cleaner, and noise from other guests was disruptive during the night. I recommend this place for families looking for a fun stay.

The breakfast provided decent options. The breakfast attendant was helpful and polite, making our experience more enjoyable. The beds in our room were comfortable, which helped us rest after a long drive.
However, the availability of our rooms could have been better.

Group stay with some quirks
The staff helped me out with some minor reservation issues and everything ran smooth, no complains at all. Made the process a lot easier. It was nice having a fridge and microwave in the room, just like hitting the jackpot when you’re packing snacks and drinks for the long haul!
It wasn’t a bargain but still acceptable, lemme tell ya!

I stayed in a Standard Double Room with Two Double Beds for 6 nights. The communication with the front desk was really good, especially when my flight was delayed. They held my room even though I arrived after midnight. The room was decent, and I liked having a Keurig for coffee. But, it didn't have a free breakfast like other places at this price. It felt a bit less value for what I paid.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed visiting the National Restaurant Association Annual Show and the International Home and Housewares Show. The staff was friendly, and the cleaning was excellent. Just be aware that noise can come from the bar area, especially on weekends.
We had a noisy night due to a wedding after-party that kept us awake. We ended up having to leave early because of the excess noise.

The location is fantastic, right across from a shopping mall with many dining options. Staff members like Sandy and Jenny at breakfast really stood out and made my mornings enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety. The room was spacious and clean. however, the heater didn't work, which made it pretty uncomfortable at night. I had to go out to the reception multiple times during my stay to ask for body wash since it wasn’t stocked. Housekeeping didn’t seem to stay on top of stocking essentials. Also, the bathtub faucet was challenging to operate. I felt there could be better attention to detail given the hotel’s rating.
